EKSA in the division is arranged according to the main campuses at UMK which are Bachok Campus, Jeli Campus and Kota Campus. While in the City section, it is divided into six (6) zones which are:
- FPV Building Zone;
- City Campus Dormitory Building Zone;
- Block A Building Zone;
- Block B Building Zone;
- Block C Building Zone and;
- Block K Building Zone.
In addition, each zone also contains sub-zones named with entrepreneurial values and characteristics such as: Independent, dedicated, pioneer, proactive, creative, dynamic, friendly, committed, respectful, honest, innovative, sincere, attentive and teamwork.
The use of the name of entrepreneurial values aims to give awareness to UMK staff as well as being the main identity of the City Campus which consists of the Fakulti Keusahawanan Perniagaan (FKP), Pusat Penyelidikan Keusahawanan dan Inovasi Global (GERIC), Institut Keusahawanan UMK (UMKEI) and others.
